1. All sales are final: Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

3. Customisation Process: Before finalising your order, we encourage you to review all specifications and details carefully to avoid any discrepancies. Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, changes cannot be made, and refunds or exchanges will not be accepted based on changes in preferences.
